Shanice D. Hinckson represents individuals and corporations in internal investigations, criminal and regulatory proceedings, and civil litigation. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Hinckson clerked for the Honorable Robyn F. Tarnofsky of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Ms. Hinckson also worked as an associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP. She earned her law degree, cum laude, from Howard University School of Law in 2018, where she served as the Managing Editor of the Howard Law Journal and as an intern at the District of Columbia Court of Appeals. She received her Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from Trinity College in 2015. Ms. Hinckson is admitted to practice in the State of New York and before the Southern District of New York.
