Noam Greenspan


Noam Greenspan represents clients in criminal and regulatory proceedings and in civil litigation. He has experience representing clients in government investigations and proceedings before the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and state regulatory agencies, in civil litigation in both state and federal courts, in independent internal investigations, and in federal and state appeals.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Greenspan was a litigation associate at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP. He previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable R. Lanier Anderson of the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and Honorable Richard M. Berman of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Mr. Greenspan received his law degree with high honors in 2010 from the University of Texas School of Law where he was a member of the Order of the Coif. He received a bachelor’s degree from Brown University in 2005.
