Deborah M. Frankel


Deborah Frankel represents clients in criminal and regulatory proceedings and in civil litigation. She also has experience representing clients in government and internal investigations, and in federal and state appeals. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Frankel was a litigation associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP.

Ms. Frankel received her law degree in 2012 from the New York University School of Law where she was a Senior Articles Editor of the Review of Law & Social Change and participated in the Federal Defender Clinic. Prior to law school, Ms. Frankel taught English as a Teach For America Corps Member in New Haven, CT. After graduating from law school, she served as a Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP Public Service Fellow at the New Haven Legal Assistance Association, Inc., where she practiced in the education and criminal law units. She graduated with distinction from Yale University in 2006, with a double major in English and Art.
