Alexandra R. Clark


Alexandra Clark represents clients in criminal and regulatory proceedings and in civil litigation. She has represented a broad range of clients, including business executives and companies in the investment, healthcare, energy, retail, manufacturing, technology and payment card sectors. Ms. Clark has worked with clients in all stages of trial and trial preparation, as well as in successful settlement negotiations supervised by judges and mediators. In addition, Ms. Clark has represented clients in internal investigations of business-related conduct outside the United States, with particular experience to date in Asia, Latin America, the Middle East, and West Africa.

Ms. Clark, on a pro bono basis, has successfully represented clients seeking political asylum in the United States and has worked with non-profit organizations focused on improving our education systems.

Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Clark was an associate in the New York and Washington D.C. offices of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. She earned her law degree, with highest honors, from the George Washington University Law School, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif and served on the George Washington Law Review. Prior to law school, Ms. Clark was a public school teacher. She graduated magna cum laude from Georgetown University, where she studied cultural anthropology and foreign languages and linguistics.
